Getting Protocol Handshake create session error with chrome driver

Code:

         WebDriver driver ;

   

         System.setProperty("webdriver.chrome.driver", "/Users/vaishali.shah/Drivers/chromedriver");

         ChromeOptions options = new ChromeOptions();  

         options.addArguments("test-type");

         options.addArguments("--disable-extensions");


driver = new ChromeDriver(options);

driver.get("http://www.yahoo.com");

     

        String expectedTitle = "";

        String actualTitle = "";


      driver.close();


After running this code I was getting following error:

Starting ChromeDriver 2.30.477690 (c53f4ad87510ee97b5c3425a14c0e79780cdf262) on port 39112

Only local connections are allowed.

chrome application version: 58

Java version: Java-SE -1.8
