Unfortunately the error still occurs with FireFox 1.5 too. This error occurs specifically when the test runner clicks on a link that has a javascript href ( like [code]<a href="javascript:someAjaxCall()">link</a> [/code]) which makes an AJAX call. When this AJAX call is made and subsequently req.status == 200 is called in the callback handler, the following exception is raised.

0x80040111 (NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE) [nsIXMLHttpRequest.status]" nsresult: "0x80040111 > (NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE)

Luke, could you kinldy try this out and see if you get the error?

After digging through the FireFox bugs, I been able to confirm this is an open FireFox issue. The way Selenium runs the tests causes this bug to show up.
